Ì hope that’s right. , He answered the phone, was friendly, professional, and able to schedule us for service within just a few hours. Steve Williams was our technician, and he provided outstanding service. He thoroughly explained the issue, answered all of our questions, and took the time to discuss their twice-yearly HVAC maintenance program for both our air conditioner and furnace without being pushy. This is the second time we’ve used Schomburg over the past five years, and once again they exceeded our expectations. Prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service from start to finish.
